Returns & Exchanges
Since each of our traditional Puans, bags, scarves, and accessories is individually handloomed, we maintain a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping.
To report a damaged item, customers must provide clear video and image proof of the product and contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. After verification, appropriate action will be taken.
